Lincois Anderson has been working at OSSE/DCTAG since January 2014. Since joining the DCTAG staff he has worked to help students and parents apply for DCTAG. He enjoys supporting the student college experience through his work with DCTA and the College Retention Initiative (CRI). Tiffany Williams (DCTAG applicants with last names beginning with J, K, L, O, P, Q, and R)

Tiffany Williams, born and raised in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area, is pursuing her passion in equipping District youth with financial resources necessary to persist and ultimately graduate from a postsecondary institution as a DCTAG counselor. Ms. Williams earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Spelman College and her Master of Arts Degree from Trinity Washington University.  Her goal is to ensure that all youth earn a postsecondary degree that will allow them to compete in the District of Columbia workforce upon their return and graduation from college.
